Digital Communication & Media

Digital Communications (DC): The digital team works with the vision to define digital electioneering by leveraging technology & spearheading innovation by using new age media to reach the masses. It engages digitally equipped audiences to set narratives and create a citizen-centric agenda. It amplifies campaigns, narratives, messages, etc to ensure that political parties are able to communicate with their audiences better. It consists of multiple subunits like Content, Network, Propagation and creative units like Design, Video.

Media: The Media Team is the pillar on which the communication of political parties, leaders and campaigns rest. It is that pivot which coordinates with journalists, conducts research and sets the party/campaign narrative at the state and national level.

Functional (HR, Admin, Finance & Legal)

Operations and Admin: From executing massive campaigns, statewide roadshows that draw crowds in lakhs and delivering collaterals to crores of people to arranging the accommodation for volunteers, it is the Ops team that works day & night behind the scenes, enabling us to shoot for the stars.

Human Resources and Talent Acquisition: From being an experiment a group of young people started to become a full-fledged organization – the journey has the support of the HR Team. Currently, it does everything from organizational development, recruitment, employee engagement & performance management to internal policy formulation and implementation rising to the challenges of an ever-growing dynamic space.

Finance & Legal: The finance team does the end-to-end financial management of the organization in a strategic manner. The legal team is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and labour laws as well as for the smooth resolution of all legal issues.
